1. We Respect Your Privacy
At Masalegar Law Reporter, our principle is simple: we do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data with third parties or advertisers. Period. We built this platform as an educational and legal research service, not an advertising network.
2. What Information We Collect (And Why)
We only collect the minimal details necessary to provide you with a smooth research experience:
- Account Basics: Your name, email address, and profession when you register, allowing you to log in securely.
- Personal Research Data: Your saved cases, custom highlights, and chamber notes so they sync across your phone, tablet, and computer.
- Contact Messages: Inquiries you send to our editorial team so we can write back and assist you.
3. Local PDF Storage & Annotations
When you view and annotate PDF documents in our case study reader, your custom markups and cached files stay in your browser. We do not extract, monitor, or scan the private case files or PDFs you upload for your personal workspace.
4. Cookies & Security
We use essential session tokens strictly to keep you securely signed in to your account. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or cross-site behavioral ad cookies. All database connections are encrypted over HTTPS and secured with Row Level Security.
5. Data Ownership & Deletion
Your research notes and account belong to you. If you would like your account and saved bookmarks deleted at any point, simply contact us at masalegarlawreporter@gmail.com and we will permanently delete your records.
